DAY 1 RISHIKESH – meal : (Breakfast / Dinner)
Rishikesh situated in the northern state of Uttarakhand, India, Rishikesh is a city nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, alongside the sacred Ganges River. Revered for its holiness, the river flows gracefully through the city, making it a prominent hub for the practice and study of yoga and meditation.
DAY 2 YAMUNOTRI TEMPLE – meal : (Breakfast / Dinner)
Yamunotri is one of the Char Dhams and is also the first place to visit in the Char Dham Circuit. Thousands of tourists visit the Yamunotri temple of Goddess Yamuna from April to October. Yamunotri Temple was constructed by Maharaja Pratap Shah of Tehri Garhwal. The temple holds great significance amongst the Hindus as the place is the source of the Yamuna River which is one of the major rivers of India. This sacred temple is located at 3,235mts above sea level and it could be reached by an easy trek of 13kms.
DAY 3 BARKOT – meal : (Breakfast / Dinner)
Barkot is a town and a nagar palika in Uttarkashi district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is located on the banks of the Yamuna river.
DAY 4 GANGOTRI – meal : (Breakfast / Dinner)
Gangotri, located in Uttarkashi, holds significant religious importance as one of the primary destinations among the Char Dham pilgrimage sites. Intricately tied to Goddess Ganga, the revered river known as the Ganges, Gangotri’s history spans centuries. Legend has it that Goddess Ganga transformed herself into a river to absolve the sins of King Bhagirath’s forefathers, a result of his devoted penance. Standing at an elevation of 3042 meters, Gangotri exudes a profoundly sacred ambiance, attracting pilgrims from across India. The Gangotri temple hosts vibrant religious rituals, including the aarti ceremony conducted by the pujaris of the Semwal family. Originating from the Gangotri glacier, the river is initially named Bhagirathi and later assumes the title Ganga after merging with the Alaknanda River at Devprayag.
DAY 5 RUDRAPRAYAG – meal : (Breakfast / Dinner)
Rudraprayag is a town and a municipality in Rudraprayag district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayags of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini.

A notable feature is its connection with Auli through the highest cable car in Asia, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Perched at an elevation of 1,890 meters above sea level, Joshimath invites visitors to explore its cultural treasures, including the revered Kalpavriksha and Narsingh Temple, located just 14 kilometers away.
